THE NATIONAL

I'm off to Ann Arbor to drive around and have dinner tonight, so my time is tight. Thus, I must crib from myself:

"The New York (by way of Ohio) group THE NATIONAL finally began to garner a bit of mainstream attention with the release of 2005's ALLIGATOR. Truth be told, though, they've been putting out solid albums and songs ever since 2001...."

On May 22, the next "solid album," BOXER, will hit your local retail outlet. Is it better than ALLIGATOR? It just might be....
