Birmingham, England's OCEAN COLOUR SCENE carved out a small slice of the '90s Britpop pie, primarily on the strength of 1996's critically-acclaimed MOSELEY SHOALS. Like friends and contemporaries OASIS, they owe a very conscious debt to '60s rock and pop.Their latest album, ON THE LEYLINE, came out (rather quietly) earlier this year.
